Seth Poling is an MA candidate at the Committee on International Relations, University of Chicago, where he also completed his BA. He is a Global Policy Fellow at the Semiconductor Industry Association and has held research positions at Silverado Policy Accelerator, the Center for the Study of Chinese Military Affairs, and the U.S. National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace. His work has appeared in The National Interest and the Chicago Journal of Foreign Policy. Seth is a recent Boren Scholar in Taiwan and was a cyber systems operator in the United States Air Force
